Third time worked as a charm for the observation of Mercury, after two failed attempts it was possible in the third attempt. We the SAAB people picked the quite country side for viewing. On 31st January in the last light of dying sun we saw the planet in the horizon due west at around 6.30pm.
Though some of us took help of binocular but rest of us was able to see it through the misty haze of late winter. In the end we enjoyed both the country side and the Mercury.
